"Accessible and thorough! Had a great experience with Jared in the Summerfield office and now State Farm insures all my needs! UPDATE: Back in September '23 got a notice to replace my roof. In October, tried calling the Summerfield office a number of times during office hours and could not get hold of anyone to set an appointment to go over options. Called the Belleview office and made an appointment to visit Jared in the Summerfield office. Arrived for my appointment at the Summerfield office and was told I didn't have an appointment and Jared was running late to the office. To say the least, I was not happy of the situation. Previous experience of asking a phone representative to convey a question, would get a response that did not address my questions and the reason why I wanted the appointment. After responding to the same response of what my inquiry was about and getting frustrated that my time was not important to Jared and the office staff playing the go between, I asked for Jared to call me. It's now January '24 and still waiting for the call and the same inability to get a response from Jared, thought may as well update my review and maybe he may reach out. The insurance industry in Florida limits your options of affordable choice. The disrespect shown questions what the response will be if I have a real emergency! UPDATE 2: Life is busy! Documented effort to get advise for a mandated by State Farm for a new roof but seems I have to cater to my insurance agent to get that advise. My business is so valued, I rated a TEXT MESSAGE, not an even an attempt to speak, on January 12th, 2024 while I was out of town asking if I would be available for a phone call. Sorry but I don't do business by text. Today is January 19th, 2024, have yet to be contacted, except text, by either Jared Clark or ANY of his or State Farm representatives to schedule another appointment at MY convenience. For a second time; not looking forward to the response if I have a real emergency! Jared, have your office reach out to speak and arrange an in office appointment! Would call but its 6:09 AM and your office is not open!"
